Case studies
Skuldtech has recently worked for a veterinary pharmaceutical company to study by qRT-PCR the gene expression level of a specific biomarker in blood. This study related to the dose and the kinetic of a new treatment.
In 2011, the company has been chosen by the RegulBASS project teams (ANR grant) to realize 24 transcriptomes in parallel. The results have been presented in a scientific poster.
Concerning miRNA expression profiles, Skuldtech has collaborated with Professor Hamamah from the Institute For Research in Biotherapy (Montpellier hospital, France) to analyze miRNAome in human matured cumulus-oocyte complex.
