Skuldtech was incorporated in 1999.

The business model of the company is based on the sale of services, products and licences.

The R&D programs granted by partners such as the EU, the FUI, Oseo, etc., will enable to develop a biomarker and product portfolio as well as technological intellectual property pipeline. Biomarkers validated in clinical trials will either be out-licensed or used in-house for final products.

Skuldtech has recently collaborated with two new partners for trading and export purposes:

• Genomix FZC Company (United Arabs Emirates) in aim of developing business in the Middle-East,

• CRBM-MBRC (Marine Biotechnology Research Centre) in aim of developing business in North America.

2008 was a year of growth for Skuldtech as its turnover increased by +47.5% within a positive net income.

Skuldtech will increase its capital during the second semester of 2009 to finance its growth by developing its framework, its capabilities and its team.
