In this package, several documents are provided: an electronic version of the user manual, some supports to prepare the molecular biology practical’s lessons, but also some documents concerning the bioinformatics practical’s lessons: research of sequences in databases using BLAST tool, the FASTA conversion of sequences, the research of specific PCR primers (Primer3Plus), the alignment of sequences with ClustalW, the 3D visualization of a protein structure.
