To optimise and simplify it, different applications are hereunder presented:

- to explore expression profiles of known gene, search hypothetical antisense mRNA or microRNA in more than 620 SAGE libraries in "Tag in Libs" button,

- to compare SAGE libraries through Breast Transcriptomes in "Libs Comp" button.
